Michael DeRosa is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and the Co-founder of NP Choice Medical. He received his training among his drive and standards of excellence from NYU Medical Center. He was born and raised here on Long Island where he still resides and thus understands the wants and needs of his local community.
Mr. DeRosa is trusted by his fellow medical professionals and patients and has been on the cutting edge of the Anti-aging community since 2005. Michael DeRosa is the pioneer of the “Liquid Face Lift” and meticulously sculpts his patient’s appearance so that they feel and look 10 years younger. Among his vast acumen in the anti-aging space, he has incorporated pain management and hormone replacement therapy to his toolbox in order to achieve and maintain a healthy life balance.

I believe that in order to achieve a beautiful result, a natural approach is best. There are a few key principles that I adhere to in order to maintain and achieve this goal. Maintaining shape is paramount. If the shape of one’s face is altered, the result has the potential to look artificial and or overdone, which will result in not feeling like you look yourself. Size is another crucial principle. If too much is done, we will lose that natural result. Making slow and gradual enhancements over time will ensure a beautiful result that ultimately can be maintained for years to come.
I also believe that our bodies look, feel and work better when our chemistry is in optimized. If our hormonal chemistry is out of balance, we don’t and can’t perform at our very best. This will indefinitely spill over into our work and personal lives. Proper hormonal balance is key. When we are chemically balanced, we look and feel terrific. I believe we must all work hard and play hard. With this philosophy of giving everything we have to our jobs and extracurricular activities, pain may develop. We are a very resilient species and begin to cope with variances in the way we look and feel. The problem with this ability to adapt, is that over time it inevitably catches up to us. A short course of therapeutic massage or trigger point injections may just be the simple modality that gets us back on track. We truly are a sum of our parts! Complimentary consultations are our pleasure to provide you. We’ll give you a patient specific and personalized evaluation and you can even have your procedure performed at that time.
PROCEDURE
All of our procedures are performed by one of our board certified Nurse Practitioners. We implement cutting edge, minimally invasive techniques and technologies to ensure precise low risk results, with minimal downtime.
RECOVERY
Recovery is minimal, as all of our procedures are minimally invasive. Most patients can return to normal activity upon leaving their appointment. Detailed post-procedure instructions will be provided.
